Located righy at the border of Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, near Volkspark Friedrichshain (a lovely busy and safe public park) you can get within 10 minutes to Boxhagener Platz, Kollwitz Platz or Alexander Platz, and in 30-40 minutes you will arrive at the main train station or Berlin Brandenburg airport (via Ostkreuz) thanks to trams and city trains (M10, M5,6,8, Ring S-Bahn 41 and 42). Catalyst and Humboldt universities are close by.
The flat is on the 2nd floor, centrally in a grand “front building” of a typical Berlin block from around 1900: It is part of a traditional Berlin building with high ceilings and wooden floors. It is fully furnished. Bills for electricity, gas, water and internet are included in the rent. There is a wide choice of supermarkets and health food stores near by. At less than 10 minutes walk there are an olympic indoor swimming pool, a hospital, medical center, restaurants , cafes and bakeries.
