It is a compact apartment that has everything you need to live in Barcelona for a period of time.
The space is flexible. The living room, kitchen and bedroom are harmoniously integrated within a 32m2 space that has been distributed to perfection. The sofa is a sofa bed, which is very comfortable to enjoy your favorite movies. In addition, the space has an exit to a cozy balcony overlooking one of the traditional streets of Barceloneta: Carrer del Monjo.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery and appliances needed to cook at home, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
It has a large closet to store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues.
La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. Barceloneta beach is 7 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 8 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park.
In Pg. de Joan de Borbó, 2 minutes from the apartment you will find a nice promenade where you can walk and enjoy the view of exclusive yachts anchored at the pier. It also has a number of bus stops.
The nearest station is \;La Barceloneta\; (L4) 5 minutes from the apartment.
