It is a beautiful apartment, fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in.
The housing has about 90mt2 very well distributed. The day area consists of a beautiful living room decorated with great taste and large windows that let in a lot of natural light. The kitchen is independent and is wholly equipage with all the necessary appliances of high range.
The night area consists of two large double rooms that share two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub, and the other has a shower. Also, the floor has a practical office, perfect for studying or working.
Also, the apartment has a spectacular private terrace with a barbecue area.
The apartment is conveniently located, close to metro and bus stops, a few steps from the beach and the beautiful Poblenou Park.
