The living room has a sober and sophisticated decoration. The exposed wooden beams also provide a warm atmosphere. Here you can relax comfortably on the sofa bed while enjoying one of your favorite programs. The balcony overlooks Carrer dels Canvis Vells, a typical Born street.
The modern kitchen is semi-integrated with the living room. It is a large space, which has a dining area and is equipped with all the utensils, crockery and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment, such as stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The sleeping area has a comfortable double bedroom suite. It also has an additional full bathroom with shower.

Nearby you can find beautiful monuments and tourist sites such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and the Moco Museum. The Parque de la Ciudadela is located a few minutes away, and is one of the favorite places in Barcelona for outdoor activities, sports or just sharing a snack with friends. A few steps away is Calle Princesa, which connects with Via Laietana, and is a busy street full of local stores, trendy bars and a varied gastronomic offer.
In addition, Barcelona's Port Vell, where luxurious yachts anchor and trendy restaurants open their terraces towards them, is a 6-minute walk away.
