This refurbished apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has 50 sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 5 guests, including its sofa-bed. Rooms have a double bed and 2 independent bathrooms with shower where, as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa and flat screen TV. There is a conduit heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a conduit AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€\month. All neighbors meet in San Antón market, which has a rooftop terrace and tapas bars. Justicia is home to a great shopping stores variety, many restaurants, the SGAE building (one of the little modernist structures in the capital) & many singular places in between the hipster Malasaña area & Salamanca area classicism. On its surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies & banks.
