The apartment of viale Enrico Martini 9 is a shared multi-room apartment for university students, interns or young workers. It consists of an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, of which two shared rooms and one private room with private bathroom, a kitchen and another shared bathroom. The apartment is approximately 90 square meters.
Viale Martini 9 is a few hundred meters far from Piazzale Corvetto, very close to Corso Lodi, one of the main and most ancient access roads to Milan city. It is a very well connected and served neighbourhood, with residential services of any kind. A few hundred meters far from the apartment there is the metro station Corvetto (Yellow line M3) as well as the bus station of the bus lines number 77, 84, 93 and 95.

- ONE TIME ADMIN FEE: We are a professional property management company and for this reason we also include initial and final cleaning of the room; cleaning of common area of the flat every two weeks; 2 bed-linen; contract activation and termination: professional assistance service and property maintenance during your stay: we will take care of everything!
