The apartment of via Val Strona is a shared multi-room apartment for university students, interns or young workers. The apartment is approximately 70 square meters and is located on the first floor of an residential building. It consists of a large entrance with kitchen, 3 private rooms, and one bathroom.
Via Val Strona is a small street that comes from Piazza Insubria, a few hundred meters far from viale Umbria, one of the oldest and most important access roads to the city, well connected and full of commercial activities of all kinds. The neighbourhood is well connected by pubblic transportation: autobus lines 84 and 92, tram line 16. The closest metro station is Lodi, yellow line M3, in Piazzale Lodi. From Lodi metro station it is possible to reach Piazza Missori, the Statale University and the Bocconi University. Easily reachable also IED in Via Pompeo Leoni and the New Academy of Fine Arts, NABA.
In an apartment located in via Val Strona 6, this private room is reserved foruniversity students, interns or young workers. Fully furnished, it is equipped with single bed, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chair.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other tenants of the apartment.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
-BI-WEEKLY CONTRACT: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. If you move out during the 1st half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. I always rent from the first day the room is available.

- DEPOSIT that it will be given back to you at the end of your stay.

- ONE TIME ADMIN FEE: We are a professional property management company and for this reason we also include initial and final cleaning of the room; cleaning of common area of the flat every two weeks; 2 bed-linen; contract activation and termination: professional assistance service and property maintenance during your stay: we will take care of everything!
Do you want to finish your contract earlier than agreed? Don’t worry, please inform us and if you find a substitute (of course we can also help you!), you can leave without any type of penalties.
