The last renovation of the apartment was in August 2022 (new mattresses, new sofa-beds, painting, new wardrobe etc. etc.).
The Lessor is planning to keep this special monthly price for the entire period of pandemic.
The entire apartment can host a maximum of 4 people. The best would be 2, 3 people or 2 couples. Normally the Lessor wants 1 person per bedroom.
The bathroom, the kitchen and the bedrooms are fully equipped.
