The apartment is located in a new high standard energy efficiency building that was build 2023 on Zaloška street, with excellent connection to center. You need just 7 minutes by train or 10 minutes by bus or car to the center of Ljubljana. The train station is 400m away, the bus station 300m away and bicycle renting 200m away. The apartment is furnished to a modern, above-standard level. It has its own outside parking space that can be seen from the balcony, and it is closed by a ramp.
The one-room apartment has an entrance hall with a large wardrobe and a mirror.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, a stove with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, water heater and a spacious refrigerator. There is also a dining table for 4 people.
