The living room has been decorated with warm and neutral tones that give the environment a unique and cozy personality. The large window allows the light to enter directly into the apartment and also invites us to go out to the spacious balcony to enjoy the pleasant climate of the city while having a drink or the unmissable coffee in the mornings.
The impeccable kitchen is modern and integrates perfectly with the living room. It has all the necessary appliances to cook from the arrival to the apartment.
The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own closet. The first bedroom is a suite and the bathroom has a bathtub. The second bathroom of the apartment is complete and has a shower.
A third room can be used as a study area or work from home.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. It has a laundry area.
