This apartment has a privileged location in the upper area of Barcelona, and at the same time is very well connected with the rest of the city. It also has a wonderful terrace and everything you need to make your temporary stay the best.

The kitchen is American style and integrates perfectly. It is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker, which are the allies in the morning for the inevitable breakfast. The apartment has a laundry area adjacent to the kitchen.
The kitchen opens completely to the cozy and spacious terrace. This space will be your favorite, because you can enjoy a snack and drinks with friends during the sunny days that Barcelona offers.

In the surroundings you can find restaurants and all kinds of services and stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, cinemas, etc.. Important educational institutions such as the Barcelona campus of La Salle, or the ESIC business school, among others, are located very close to the apartment and it is very easy to access on foot.
A 3-minute walk away you find the suburban train station (Sarriá station). In addition the Via Agusta, is located 1 minute away where you will find different bus stops.
