If you are looking for an apartment with terrace to take advantage and relax in these hot summer days, this penthouse has everything you need, and also will surprise you with the incredible mountain views.
The day area consists of a comfortable and bright living room, which highlights the blue tone of the sofa that combines perfectly with the warmth of the wood used in the rest of the furniture. A large window shows us and invites us to go out to the spectacular furnished terrace of 25 m2, where you can enjoy lunch or meetings with friends and family. Here you will also find the washer and dryer as a laundry area.
The kitchen is independent and modern, fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need from your arrival, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave and even coffee maker and toaster.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of them with a view to the terrace. Both bedrooms have closet and desk where you can work or study. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
Located in the upper area of the Gracia neighborhood, the apartment is supplied with all services in the surroundings, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants, and all kinds of commerce, as well as metro and bus stops.
