Five minutes away from S-Bahnhof Pichelsberg train station on the S3, S5, S7, S7 and S75 line, one miunte from the bus station Stößenseebrücke on the M-49 line.

Information regarding the contract and deposit:
To give you the key to your new home, we need to have the deposit (2 months' rent) in our bank account. Careful: proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into account when you book and wish to move in in the next couple of days.
After the booking on the platform, you have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we must have received the deposit in our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so we suggest you transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract.
If you don't transfer the deposit in time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent.
