If you are looking for a comfortable apartment, well located, modern and with a terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather of Barcelona, this is the best option for you. This 80 m2 apartment is a new construction and you will use it for the first time.
The day area consists of a bright and elegant living room, with large windows that allow access to a terrace overlooking the courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen, is integrated and has all the appliances and utensils that will make you feel at home, such as induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
The sleeping area consists of two large bedrooms with double bed. One of them, en suite, and with access to the terrace. Both bedrooms have fitted closets so you can store everything you need. The bathrooms are complete with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and WIFI.

The apartment is located in a privileged neighborhood of Barcelona, Eixample Ezquerra. It is a very quiet and residential area; surrounded by restaurants, study centers, supermarkets, squares and parks such as Joan Miró.
Totally accessible to different subway lines, we find the closest one at 5 minutes walking, the station \;Rocafort\; in Gran Via de Les Corts Catalanes (L1); at 7 minutes, the station Entença (L5); and at 10 minutes, the station Sants (L3\L5), which is the main station of Barcelona from where you can access national and international destinations, as well as direct connection to the airport.
