This is a modern renovated apartment of about 55 m2 perfectly distributed. Upon entering you will find a bright living room decorated with great taste. The living room has access to a nice interior terrace of about 4m2.
The kitchen is integrated and is American-style. It has all the utensils and high-end appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and ceramic hob.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and fiber wifi.
The apartment is located in the district of Sants-Montjuic in Poblesec, specifically on Poeta Cabanyes street. This is a very quiet and residential area. In the surroundings, you can find all kinds of commerce such as supermarkets, pharmacies, stores of all kinds, and restaurants.
