The studio apartment has a living\sleeping area with a sofa (bed), flat screen TV and plenty of storage space. The flat comes with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection so you can stay in touch with family and friends, check your emails or stream your favorite shows and find that work-life balance. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with electric heating.
The sleeping area is street facing and furnished with a double sofa bed with a comfortable, quality mattress. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property best suited for 2 tenants but can host up to 2 guests. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower\bathtub, toilet and sink. You will find a small sample soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay, as well as bath towels for the number of guests.
