Nice and bright apartment for rent in Madrid!. The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina).
Apartment located on the second floor, for rent as a whole, not by rooms. It has two bright bedrooms with balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a store room. The two bedrooms have street-facing balconies. All rooms come with a comfortable Bed: Single double \ 1.40m x 2.00m. , closet, desk, and chair. A living-dining area. High-speed WiFi included.
All bedsheets will be there if you wish when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is 60.-€ for each bed (120.-€ total). If you don ´t want besheets it is not mandatory to get them.
Electricity and water is 165.-€ each month aprox.
Cleaning is 60.-€ a month for six hours and you will have to pay directly to the cleaning lady.
