This 170m2 apartment is renovated and everything have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 7 bright bedrooms , all of them equiped, and also 2 complete bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The common areas are fully equiped with all the commodities. You can enjoy and relax in the lounge which is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI.
The area is very well served by public transport by having two metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walking, and conect you with the main Universities, downtown, and beach:

The costs of utilities are as follows:
