We have one double room (N°8) to offer available in the heart of BEUEL in a nice shared apartment. In this room, there are 2 spaces. One is a bedroom and the other a living room with a sofa bed and a refrigerator with storage space.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The property is located in Bonn- Beuel district, in a heritage charming house of three floors. Total surface 350 sqm. On the second and third floor is located a duplex apartment of 180 sqm. Has three rooms per floor, (rooms 5 to 10), two bathrooms, and a fully equipped shared kitchen with access to a beautiful and large terrace.

25 sqm, ( are two rooms in one space). Located upstairs (third floor). The room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, door lock, living room, refrigerator, sofa bed, central heating, ready to use.
The apartment and the rooms are fully equipped.
Common areas of the house: Laundry, little fitness room, bikes storage, and garden
The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm\cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and maintenance services.
The deposit refundable at the end of the stay.
*For a second person an extra charge of 70€ monthly will be applied.
OTHERS
We make a contract with an option to do the register (\;Anmeldung\; at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
The contract is fortnightly.
