In the middle of the bedrooms there is a spacious living room with kitchenette and cooking island. There is really lots of space to meet together in the evening and look over the roofs of Graz towards Schloßberg while eating dinner.
The apartment has many balconys. But pay attention that smoking is not allowed on the balconys.
The apartment is situated in the 4th floor and has an extra private hallway.
Perfect connection to universities (just 7 walking minutes to the main university) and all other locations because of perfect bus and tram connections from main square (5 minutes walk) and Jakominiplatz (3 minutes walk).
