This flat benefits from a strategic position in Milan: at about 500 meters is Maciachini metro station (yellow line) that allows you to quickly reach the main sights of the city, and several attractions are located nearby, including the Branca Museum, the Typewriter Museum, the Santa Maria alla Fontana sanctuary and many others, as well as some special places, such as the Runway Escape, where you can try the Cinematic Experience.

Living room and kitchen
The sunny living room offers plenty of space and features a sofa bed, a dining table and a balcony that provides plenty of natural light and creates a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. The day area has white walls and tiled flooring, which contrasts with the gray furniture.
The fully-fitted kitchen corner is accessed from the living room, it’s provided with all the most useful appliances and has neutral toned furniture and wall tiles.
Bedrooms
The night area is composed of two all-white bedrooms: the first one is good-sized, has plenty of light and comes with a double bed (or two single beds, if required), a wardrobe and drawers; the second one has twin beds, a spacious closet and plenty of space, too.
Both bedrooms have balcony doors.
Bathroom
The bathroom has all comforts, including a shower stall, and is decorated with beige tiles.

Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.
Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and\or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.\t

The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.
Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Tasse escluse dal prezzo

Deposito cauzionale

Orario check-in
L’orario di check-in standard è dalle 15.00 alle 21.00. E' previsto un supplemento di 30€ per il check-in dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 24.00.

Si ricorda che, al fine di evitare gli sprechi, le utenze sono incluse fino ad un importo massimo giornaliero, al fine di evitare gli sprechi e tutelare l'ambiente.
