Furnished room, approximately 24sqm with private bathroom in a large 150sqm house with terrace, living room, kitchen, laundry and garden use. Large living room with parquet, tiled fireplace and flat screen TV with satellite and music system. Also access to the garden with garden table, garden chairs and barbecue.
Location
Supermarkets and bakeries and a few restaurants are nearby. Transport links to the motorway and bus line 132 to RONDORF are very good. Via public transport it takes about 30 minutes to the cathedral \ cologne main station. Free parking is provided. The house is just a 15-minute walk from the international St. George's school.

Roommates
Shared house from the homeowner (German, GB, FR, ES, NL speaking) and his 3 tenants which are a German roommate (GB and German speaking), a Turkish roommate (Turkish & GB and limited German speaking) and an Indian roommate (GB speaking). Everyone has their own space but if you want to have a coffee, beer or cook together we are happy to join you.
