The private duplex (maisonette) apartment of 54 sqm can host 1 or 2 persons (+100 EUR rent for the 2nd person). The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a view to both the street side and the garden. It has its own, fully equipped kitchen, and its own private bathroom. The living room provides direct access to the upper bedroom area via a ladder.
The apartment is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), beddings, towels, wardrobes, desk, bedside tables, armchairs, sofas, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, laundry, and everything you see at the pictures.
The house has:
- 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a shared kitchen, laundry, a nice garden, and a small terrace.
- plus, the apartment on the top floor.
The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with everything you need. You can simply arrive with your luggage and live in Bonn for a season in one of the most vibrant areas of the city.

This is a shared house. Common areas are shared among all tenants. You will use the hallway and the stair in the houses. Tenants make a cleaning schedule and keep the common areas tidy. Help and repairs are provided if necessary.
