We designed a new environment created for students, young professionals, interns, who want to spend a season in the beautiful city of Bonn, in a beautiful WG, specially made for you. Only for ONE person.
It is a renovated shared house of 3 floors with 4 double rooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, heating, patio, basement, and laundry. Fully equipped. We have this room N°3 available to offer you, in the heart of Bonn, in Altstadt. With private bathroom (located on the street level *)
On the top floor there is an apartment, which only shares the access, laundry, and patio with the other tenants.

800 mt from the central station
1 km from the University of Bonn.

The room has 15 sqm, located in the second floor, with ceilings 3 meters high, and has a double bed 140x 200m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, lock door, central heating, and more.
To the front of this room, there is another room (room 4) and the stairs. It is necessary to use the bathrooms that are downstairs.
The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm \ cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN) and Hausmeister services.
Additional we request for a bond refundable at the end of your stay.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and public transport, all very close to the house.
For payments, we work with contract Fortnightly:
The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first 2 weeks) of the month.
The first fortnight of every month goes from the 1st until the 15th, and the second fortnight goes from the 16th until the end of any given month.
Property registration (Anmeldung) is only possible for stays longer than 3 months.

All rooms have keys.
Visitors
Visitors (meaning tourists friends) with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his\ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.
Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.

We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
