We designed a new environment created for students, young professionals, interns, who want to spend a season in the beautiful city of Bonn, in a beautiful WG, specially made for you. Only for ONE person.
It is a newly renovated shared house of 3 floors with 5 double rooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, heating, patio, basement, and laundry. Fully equipped. We have this room N°3 available to offer you, in the heart of Bonn, in Altstadt.
The house is located in the heart of Altstadt
200 m from the center
150 m from public transport
800 mt from the central station
1 km from the University of Bonn.

The room has 15 sqm, located in the second floor, with ceilings 3 meters high, and has a double bed 140x 200m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, lock door, central heating, and more.
This room overlooks the patio and the afternoon sun.
To the front of this room, there is another room (room 2) and the stairs. It is necessary to use the bathrooms that are downstairs. One bathroom is to share between 2 rooms.
The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm\cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for the internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and maintenance and repair services.
We request 2 months of bond.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and public transport, all very close to the house.

For payments, we work with contract Fortnightly:
The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first 2 weeks) of the month.
The first fortnight of every month goes from the 1st until the 15th, and the second fortnight goes from the 16th until the end of any given month.

For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his\ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.
Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.
