ABOUT THE HOUSE
This heritage house located in Beuel has 350 sqm in total. The property has a nice garden, laundry, basement, party room, and a little fitness room. (shared)
Apartment 4
Located on the ground floor, it is a very independent apartment. Space has 30 sqm (room+ hall+ bathroom+ attic+corridor) and is fully furnished with a nice kitchen, a double bed (in the attic +-1m height) and a bathroom.

It has independent access through the courtyard a direct connection to the garden and fitness room.
It is fully furnished with a mattress of 1.40 x 200, bedding, 2 wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, door lock, and central heating.
OTHERS
We make a contract with an option to do the register (\;Anmeldung\; at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm\cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and services, of maintenance and repair.
International environment. The house is shared by young professionals and international students.
The contract is fortnightly.

Range age between 22 to 37 years old. International environment. Most of them are young professionals, some are students and others are doing internships.
