The house is located on the corner of the square 2 minutes walk from the tram stop, 1 minute away is a supermarket, restaurants and other smaller shops. Good connection to the center, about 25 minutes by tram or with a transfer to the subway. Trams run at rush hour every 2 minutes, at night after about 20 minutes. Nearby is nature, Aquapark 10 minutes walk. Roommates are nice, quiet, working strangers who are at work all day, arrive late in the evening and you won't even know about them.
