Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It has also a dining table
Terrace: The terrace has a table and 3 chairs where you can relax and enjoy your meals outside
The Internet service (satellite) has a speed of 40 Mbps and the TV has a box offering more than 100 channels.
The building and the apartment was recently renovated. The apartment is in the 1st floor, with no elevator.

It`s very central: 2 minutes walking to Santa Apolónia station, where is the METRO station, train station and plenty of other public transports and at walking distance to Baixa .
