Enjoy the convenience of being close to local attractions, dining, and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant city.Other things to noteWe have a device that detects indoor climate, crow detect, loud noises, and smoke. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in following these rules:1. Temperature must not exceed 23°C2. Loud noises are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (partys are not allow at any moment)3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises4. Prostitution is forbidden Any of these inappropriate behaviors will result in a financial penalty From 300 to 500 euros, depending on the issue .
