The apartment consists of one double bedroom with wardrobes, a living room-kitchen with a single sofa bed, dining area, full bathroom, and a large shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plates and cutlery, kitchen utensils...
Among the amenities of the apartment, you will also find air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, free toiletries, sheets and towels, Smart TV with ambilight, and a projector in the living room.
AREAThe apartment has a privileged location from which it is possible to walk to all the most important attractions in the city. Gran Vía is just 5 minutes from the apartment, and the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral are 15 minutes away.

- Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request this by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
- Guests must show a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.
