Nestled in a building with a rooftop pool, this home provides a delightful retreat for your visit to the city, whether it's for work, studies, or any other reason that brings you temporarily to Madrid.
Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, the studio features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, while the private bathroom, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries add comfort to your stay. The living area, complete with a sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a small desk, offers an ideal environment for work or relaxation. Step out to the terrace from the living area to enjoy the fresh air.
Amenities include free wifi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens and towels, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and complimentary toiletries.
THE AREA
Strategically located in Madrid, this apartment allows you to explore the city on foot, eliminating the need for transportation. Beyond the Prado Museum, with Plaza Santa Ana just minutes away and Puerta del Sol a short walk, this studio in the Barrio de Las Letras immerses you in a tranquil area of the capital.

- Please note that the pool is only open during the summer time (mid June to mid September)
- Only temporary bookings are accepted; short stays are not permitted.
- The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.
- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking.
- Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request this by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
- Guests must show a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.
- Bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.
