The house is within easy walking distance of 7th Street, where you'll find Melville's trendy bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, as well as the Melville koppies nature reserve.
It's also a short Uber ride away from Joburg's major universities, Rosebank, the CBD, and Sandton.
Your stay will be interruption free with back-up power (for router, modem, lights and selected electrical outlets) and a back-up water supply. There are multiple WiFi access points over the house to ensure a stable connection no matter where you are.
The house features:
-A spacious main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a dedicated workspace with a desk.
-A second bedroom / office with a desk, futon, and treadmill.

The house and garden are serviced weekly, including laundry. (There is also a laundry machine for your personal use)
