All of the bedrooms are simple but comfortable, and the kitchenette is equipped with all of the appliances you might need to prepare your favourite meals. The flat has a warm and cosy look that will make you feel like you're at home right away. You'll also be in a nice, central location, close to the Callao metro station!\r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the landlord will only accept bookings from tenants between the age of 18 until 30 years old. Bed linen and towels are NOT included. the mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.

When you come in, you really wonder if it is the room you have booked. I really don't know how the picture has been taken, but the room is very small, dark (you never have the sun in your room) and what they call "balcony" is only a big window). It was quite dirty (with some dust everywhere and some holes in the wall). The only stuff that is very positive is the location and the general atmosphere of the flat, but you won't stay in your room as it is quite creepy... Very expensive for what you get, as the charges and the fees are not included. Concerning the common spaces, only a small kitchen-living room with only 5 chairs and 2 fridges for 11 ! And more generally the flat is badly maintained.
