Please note that if the length of stay is more than 3 months, then the security deposit amounts to two months' rent. Utility bills are not included in the rent, amounting to 225EUR / month. If a guest consumes more than this, then it will be deducted from the security deposit and invoice to the guest. There's a 120EUR cleaning fee at check out. The apartment is very well located, with the Joanic metro station L4 within walking distance, which makes it easy to access the main points of interest in Barcelona. This Holiday Loft in Gràcia with Terrace and Pool has an open layout, which means that the rest areas are not private. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with direct access to the private terrace and, from there, to the community pool. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into a double bed. If you go up the stairs to the mezzanine, you will discover another double bed and a living area with another double sofa bed. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor, allowing you to prepare your favorite dishes during your stay. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge and ceramic hob.
