The admin fee shown includes 16 euros for the duty stamp, 30 euros of agency fee, a variable final cleaning fee (up to 250 euros). On top of this, the guests are required to pay a contract registration fee corresponding to 2 percent of the entire contract value. In case of early departure, the tenant is required to pay for the contract closure fees corresponding to 97 euros. The deposit is equal to one month and a half rent. Internet has a cost 10 euros per month. Please note that there is an extra charge for check-in/out of - 50 euros from Monday to Friday from 6.30pm to 9 pm, by appointment only. - 75 euros from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 11 pm by appointment only. - 75 euros on Saturday and Sunday for the entire day, by appointment only.
