The check in is possible only during Weekdays and Saturday from 9am until 6pm. Please note, you must transfer the deposit and the admin fee to the landlord within 1 week once your request is confirmed through Uniplaces platform . The deposit is 1 month rent for bookings up to 5 months. From 6 months onwards, the deposit is 2 months' rent. The admin fee depends on the duration of the booking : 1-5 months is 40 percent of 1 month's rent 5-10 months is 60 percent of 1 months rent and staying 10 months or more is 75 percent of 1 months rent. Furthermore, it's mandatory to send the tenancy agreement together with requested documents : ID / Passport/ Work contract/ University acceptance letter if applicable/ Recent paychecks/ Last tax declaration/ Guarantor documentation, ID or passport with recent payslips and proof of address and/or rent receipt, certificate from your previous landlord, etc. The check in is possible only during weekdays from 10am until 3pm.
