Please note that if the length of stay is more than 3 months, then the security deposit amounts to two months' rent. Utility bills are not included in the rent, amounting to 225EUR / month. If a guest consumes more than this, then it will be deducted from the security deposit and invoice to the guest. There's a 120EUR cleaning fee at check out. There's also a weekly cleaning cost of 100EUR, upon request. Right next to the Arc de Triomf metro station, a short distance from the UPF - Campus de la Ciutadella, this property has three bedrooms - one with a private bathroom -, a living room, a kitchen and a shared bathroom. The rooms are very comfortable and bright, two of them even have a nice balcony! The living room is very spacious and modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare your meals. There is also a very cool terrace on the roof with a pool - where you and your flatmates can relax! In the living-dining room, you will find a double sofa-bed, ideal to accommodate two additional people. A sliding door separates a sunny room from the living room. The apartment consists of three rooms in total: the main room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other two rooms have access to a small terrace with table and chairs, and are equipped with single trundle beds. You will also have at your disposal an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer for your convenience.
