All contracts must end on 31 August, however the tenants can leave earlier by finding someone to take over at no extra cost. The rent includes a condominium fee. In order to complete the booking and speed up the check-in process, guests are required to register on the accommodation provider's website and submit the documentation requested, namely proof of enrolment/work contract, guarantor's bank statement, ID, Italian tax code.
