The deposit and admin fee must be paid to the landlord within 2 weeks BEFORE the move-in date. Please note to rent the apartment, you must pay a deposit of 2547 EUR (rent without flat rate for operating costs). We charge a one-off processing fee of 125 EUR for moving in and out. A one-time charge of 290 EUR for the provision of our services (Club ID). This residence has 53 parking spaces and several features free of charge, besides the laundry, parking, and storage space. Only Laundry is not included, EUR 3.50 per wash cycle and EUR 2.00 per drying cycle must be paid. A parking space can be rented for 65.00 EUR per month. A storage room can be rented for 25.00 EUR per month
