This charming two-storey house (with independent entrances) offers complete autonomy for each floor. The upper house (this house), does not have a washing machine, but landlord can provide one if necessary. The rest of the amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, TV, toaster, stove, oven, an electric kettle, extractor fan, fridge, and air conditioning in all rooms, including the kitchen and living room. There's also a large stone terrace with a dining table, perfect for outdoor meals. The house is surrounded by terraced land and leads down to a stream with a natural swimming pool for private bathing. The estate boasts fruit trees, and there's also space for a small vegetable garden. Please note: the lower floor is never rented out, and occasionally the landlady stay there with the family (landlady, husband, and 4-year-old son) for a weekend getaway.
