Lovely double bedroom in classic Dreta de l'Eixample Just for Female tenants
ONLY GIRLS! Recently painted, with brand new kitchen and shower, we offer two rooms to the new roommate-a double bedroom and then another room used as a wardrobe and a small study. There is lots of shelf space and sun, two desks, mirrors, etc. in a private section of the house. Two little happy cats also live in the apartment. The bathroom is shared, and we have a private 30m2 all to ourselves! It's really beautiful, and extremely relaxing to come home. It is in a typical Eixample apartment, with beautiful patterned floors. The neighborhood is quiet, very easily accessed.
