On the same floor there is a small bedroom and a bathroom with all facilities (washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower). On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Close to the bedroom there is a second bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower. The flat has a garage included in the rent. RENTAL TERMS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a maximum of 100€. In case of excess, extras will be deducted from the security deposit.
