Bathrooms: The apartment has two bathrooms, one fully equipped with shower and the other without a shower. Living / Dining Room: The living room has a Flat-Screen TV and a sofa-bed (with sleeping couch for an extra guest, a child for example), and the dining room has a big dining table with space for 8. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It has also a dining table Terrace: The terrace has a dining table where you can relax and enjoy your meals outside The Internet service (satellite) has a speed of 40 Mbps and the TV has a box offering more than 100 channels. The building and the apartment was recently renovated. The apartment is in the 2nd floor, with no elevator. Alfama is one of the oldest and historic neighborhoods of Lisbon, very lively and cosmopolitan area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bars and supermarket. It´s very central: 2 minutes walking to Santa Apolónia station, where is the METRO station, train station and plenty of other public transports and at walking distance to Baixa . Rental includes: - home linen (sheets, duvet and towels); - electricity, water and gas consumption costs (in a sustainable way); - Wi-Fi and TV channels and cleaning and changing linen each 15 days.
