Please note that the landlord will only stay in the apartment periodically. Bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment located in a quiet and well connected neighbourhood in Valencia. The village Barrio La Lum is nicely located, green and safe, other than having a really good commercial Centre with a huge supermarket carrefour and cinemas. A really huge health club gym is also just across the road from the back of the building. And aside from numerous buses direct to the city centre, the city beach is also nearby and easily reachable by bike as Valencia is a flat cycling city with proper cycling lanes. Please note that smoking is only allowed on the balcony
