Is the perfect solution for those who travel for business or tourism, the area is full of shops, bars and restaurant. The apartment has three double rooms and private bathroom, all with wireless Internet access, LCD satellite TV . The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a refrigerator, and a coffee-maker, Washing Machine , iron/ironing board the kitchen gives you the chance to make your favorite meal. Each room is equipped with anti-noise double glass windows for the most enjoyable and relaxing stay. It is mandatory to give an ID document, and pay the security deposit in order to give the keys, if you lose the keys you will pay 50 euros. Please be aware that electricity is not included and you will have to pay 1euro per KW that will also cover the costs of other utilities such as condominium fee, elevator costs etc.. There is a mandatory monthly cleaning fee of 25 euros per person and a final cleaning fee of 70 per person included in the admin fee.
