Please note that if the length of stay is more than 3 months, then the security deposit amounts to two months' rent. Utility bills are not included in the rent, amounting to 225EUR / month. If a guest consumes more than this, then it will be deducted from the security deposit and invoice to the guest. There's a 120EUR cleaning fee at check out. There's also a weekly cleaning cost of 100EUR, upon request. The 60 sqm studio is located on one floor of a new building that offers extensive amenities, such as a shared pool on the fifth floor and an elevator for convenience. The main space is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a television, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a large window that provides a lot of light to the dining room with tables and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge, fridge/freezer and hob. In addition, the apartment has an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, as well as free Wi-Fi for your comfort. On the second floor, you will find a double bed with a bathroom that has a shower.
