Please note that these rooms are only available for people not resident in Rome of maximum 35 years old. The admin fee is intended per person. The security deposit and the admin fee have to be paid by bank transfer 48h after the booking confirmation. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord. In order to sign the contract, the guest needs the following documentation: Italian tax code Proof of the university enrolment or work contract Residence Permit The last month rent must be paid at the check-in and it's non refundable. The deposit will be refunded within 15 days after check out in case there are no damages and if you leave on the agreed move-out date. The check-in is allowed Monday to Saturday from 10am until 8pm. The check-in is not allowed out of these times nor on Sundays.
