The security deposit and the admin fee have to be paid by bank transfer 48h after the booking confirmation. The deposit will be refunded within 15 days after check out in case there are no damages and if you leave on the agreed move-out date. The check-in is allowed Monday to Saturday from 10am until 8pm. The check-in is not allowed out of these times nor on Sundays.
