Welcome to this beautiful house for rent in Florence, located in a quiet and pleasant residential area, a few steps from the Fiorentina stadium and the Coverciano technical center, where the Italian national football team trains. This charming townhouse is spread over two levels, offering large indoor and outdoor spaces for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room perfect for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals with friends, a bedroom and one of the two bathrooms, equipped with a comfortable shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and the second bathroom. The property in total can accommodate up to 8 people: two bedrooms with double beds, one with a bunk bed ideal for the little ones, and a sofa bed in the fourth room. One of the two bathrooms has a shower while the second has a bathtub, ideal for a moment of relaxation after a day discovering the city. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
