The apartment, characterized by a welcoming and functional atmosphere, can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. The internal layout is designed to ensure maximum comfort and practicality. The heart of the house is the large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, ideal for preparing tasty dishes. Equipped with an oven, washing machine and all the necessary appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The two bedrooms are furnished with everything you need and equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The interior spaces are completed by a functional bathroom, complete with shower and bidet, to satisfy your every need. A real strong point of the apartment is the presence of two private courtyards, accessible directly from the inside. These outdoor spaces offer an oasis of tranquility where you can relax and enjoy quiet moments away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
